Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

4 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 4 hours advance notice there will be a service charged of $35 to rebook your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Ordering Terms & Policys

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, please return it for a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. We will provide a return label to cover any shipping costs if the return was our error (incorrect item shipped or defective item).

 

When you return your purchase  by mail, you may receive an online store credit for the price of the item(s). Items more than 30 days after the original purchase date may not be returned.

 

Retail Returns by Mail: Please email info@skinspaasheville.com and request a Return Form. All contact information must be completed so that we may reach you if necessary. Once the form is returned to customer service, a prepaid postage return label will be sent to you via email.

 

Package your item in the original packaging (if available), or pack your return in a well-padded box or envelope to ensure its safe return and prevent damage. Mail your return via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Postal Service (UPS) using the prepaid return label provided.
